-When making an appointment, let the receptionist know you would like curbside service. If you already have a scheduled appointment, let us know as soon as possible. -When you arrive for your scheduled appointment or prescription pick up, call and let us know you are here and which car you are in. -A team member will retrieve your pet from your car and collect medical information. -If the veterinarian needs to discuss treatment options with you, they will then call you. -All authorized treatments will be performed and then your pet will be returned to your car. -Payments may be made by check or with a credit card over the phone.
